Charlie is a seasoned antitrust economist with 15 years of experience in working with clients in Asia and Europe. He has engaged in a number of high-profile cases for Asian clients in the areas of antitrust investigation, follow-on-damages claims, and antitrust-related intellectual property cases. Charlie has extensive experience in litigation in the English High Court and the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal. In the United Kingdom and Europe, he has also worked on regulatory cases, antitrust investigations, and mergers and has submitted reports to antitrust and regulatory authorities such as China's State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR), the UK Competition and Markets Authority, and the UK Financial Conduct Authority. He was previously with Ofcom and Charles River Associates.
Charlie has a PhD in managerial economics and strategy from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He divides his time between London and Shanghai and speaks fluent Mandarin and English.
