SUMMARY
James works with the C-suite of corporate clients and Private Equity firms to help them accomplish their strategic objectives and drive stakeholder returns through Corporate Finance and M&A solutions. His experience includes leading strategic reviews and bringing a global network together to generate thought-provoking and actionable strategic ideas. James advises clients on their M&A opportunities from concept stage through to execution. Having also led the debt and equity financing of numerous M&A transactions in both the public and private arenas, James provides clients with holistic and tailored corporate finance solutions. Over the past 20 years, James has originated and worked on over $25bn of announced M&A (sell-side, buy-side, mergers, P2P, carve-outs) and financing transactions in a range of geographies and industries, including in the Consumer, Leisure, Healthcare and Real Estate sectors with a particular focus on the Consumer Food and Beverage Sectors. James holds a degree in Economics from Warwick University and has participated in Consumer Food programs at Rotterdam Erasmus and China Europe International Business School in Zurich.
