SUMMARY
Jesse focuses on leading distressed companies through both in-court and out-of-court restructurings. He has more than 15 years of restructuring and financial advisory experience across a multitude of industries: technology, energy, retail, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and business and industrial services. Jesse’s experience covers all areas of the restructuring process, including cash flow modeling, business plan development, plan negotiations, due diligence, valuation, bankruptcy reporting, and sale of assets.
Jesse has a Bachelor of Science with distinction in commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (Charterholder).
