Josh applies more than two decades of experience to guide companies through broad transformations and complex change with a view to achieve rapid and sustainable earnings improvement. He has helped clients generate more than $1 billion in value by addressing issues involving pricing, sales growth, customer profitability and strategy, and operational cost reduction in the areas of supply chain, procurement, and selling, general, and administrative expenses. Josh focuses on the consumer product and transportation industries. Prior to rejoining AlixPartners, he was senior vice president transformation at CEVA Logistics, where he drove earnings improvement to enable a successful initial public offering.
Josh has been a speaker at investment banking and supply chain conferences and has been quoted in the "San Francisco Chronicle," the "Washington Post," and trade journals.
