During the past 16 years, Jeffrey has developed extensive financial, valuation, and litigation consulting and investigating experience. He has valued companies for mergers and acquisitions, financing arrangements, litigations, forbearance agreements, tax preparation purposes, solvency analyses, and bankruptcies. He also has valued intangible assets, equity securities, warrants, options, swaps, and fixed-income instruments.
Aside from valuations, Jeffrey has performed damages analyses, conducted accounting investigations, assessed creditworthiness, advised creditors and board members, participated in capital-raising efforts, and restructured and refinanced companies. Jeffrey has been qualified as an expert and provided testimony in federal district and bankruptcy court on a number of subjects.
Jeffrey has an MBA and a Master of Science in finance from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, and he is a Chartered Financial Analyst (Charterholder).
