Jay brings 30 years of consulting experience to benefit organizations during their most complex transformations. He works primarily with financial sponsors on portfolio company performance improvement but also has advised management teams on many merger integrations. Jay has served in interim management roles including as CEO and chief restructuring officer. Jay focuses on strategic growth, private equity, and leadership development. He has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in chemical engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, where he was a Sord Scholar and won the Dean's Award for Academic Excellence. Jay is a senior moderator at the Aspen Institute, member of the Henry Crown Fellowship's inaugural class, and a Trustee of Southwestern University.
