As the co-lead of the Americas Private Equity practice, Jason drives transformation programs for private equity portfolio companies, achieving tangible and measurable commercial and operational improvements on accelerated timelines.  He has 25 years of experience (including 6 years in India and 4 years in Southeast Asia and Europe).

Jason has taken interim and permanent executive roles to lead dramatic EBITDA improvements in technology and business services organizations across the globe. In particular, Jason has led global shared service operations, global market expansions, and cross-border acquisitions. Jason is a recognized expert and contributor to Harvard Business Review and has earned an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

  • For a $30-billion telecom and media enterprise, led a carveout and transformation with $3.6 billion in impact ($1.1 billion in cost reduction, $2.5 billion in revenue growth) that entailed launching new product lines and optimizing operations across all global functions with 160+ initiatives and 50 workstreams.
  • For a $6.4-billion global hardware and services company, led a global initiative to identify, plan, and execute run-rate operating income improvements for the 21,000 employee Global Services organization, and to scale a robust global operations center in Serbia. Identified and achieved $150 million cost efficiency $1.7 billion in spend, and $110 million improvement in services revenue within two fiscal years.
  • For a $5.9B telecom company, led a comprehensive integration effort and realized $519M in run-rate Opex savings across global operations. Led the effort to rationalize 46 global outsourcing partners across IT, Product R&D, and Customer Care.
  • As interim SVP of Global Business Operations for a $4B Silicon Valley-based technology services company, led the global optimization of captive and outsources back office and support operations in Ireland, Germany, India, and North America. Led negotiations with multiple works councils. Realized $65M in efficiencies within 18 months.
  • As Managing Director of India Operations for a global service provider, led a 1,100 person operation across 5 facilities in Mumbai, Pune, and Bangalore, servicing clients in Europe, Southeast Asia, and North America.
