Jochen advises financial services companies on high-impact projects, change initiatives, framework developments, and groundbreaking sector work. He has more than 20 years of experience in taking effective and innovative approaches for managing all types of financial and nonfinancial risks, performing strategic planning and bank steering, embracing technology and digitalization, building lean but highly effective internal setups while satisfying regulatory requirements, optimizing governance, controls and the setup of second-line functions, and addressing bank recovery and resolution situations. He was formerly a partner at Oliver Wyman, where he led the EMEA credit risk practice; the local finance and risk practice; and the Frankfurt office.
