Julian has over 25 years wide-ranging consulting experience specializing in performance improvement and profitable growth. Revenue and EBITDA increases are typically driven from a combination of improving sales, pricing and marketing capabilities, coupled with strategic cost reduction and improved working capital utilization across supply chain, manufacturing and procurement functions. Extensive expertise in pre/post M&A, ongoing performance improvement and restructuring/turnaround scenarios.
Before joining AlixPartners, Julian was the global head of commercial strategy at both Accenture and KPMG. He has wide cross-industry experience including foods and beverages, ingredients and flavours, industrial products and manufacturing, downstream oil and gas, chemicals, logistics and pharmaceuticals.
Julian has a Master of Electronic Engineering from The University of Southampton, Universität Karlsruhe and ESIEE.
