Juan has more than 15 years of experience in the information technology industry. His main areas of expertise are project management applied to software development and data visualization tools and techniques. Juan has led teams by using agile methods to deal with fast-changing demands. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was an IT manager at Verizon Business, where he identified source systems for hundreds of key performance indicators (KPIs) and used the data layout to feed the corporate data warehouse.
