  • Advised senior leadership at $50B global equipment manufacturer transitioning their strategy from revenue growth focus to profit growth focus as part of a multi-year transformation program.
  • Provided ongoing training and support to senior global leadership in Manufacturing, Heavy Equipment, Pharmaceuticals and Professional Services industries to develop sustainable internal capabilities, enabling these teams to independently manage for profitable growth.
  • Led profitable growth opportunity identification for global equipment manufacturer dealership partners in China, Australia, Thailand and Indonesia – identified $160M in opportunities and led development of execution plan for capturing those opportunities.
