In those global leadership roles, Mark had led teams in customer engagements in North America, the Middle East, and Scandinavia plus other areas of western Europe. He is an expert in C-level consultative engagement with the aim of building value partnerships and implementing outcomes-based solutions. Clients benefit from Mark’s deep expertise in transformation and performance improvement enabled by data and technology, which he applies by leading businesses and programs in industrials, manufacturing, aviation, healthcare, medtech, and life sciences. Mark has a Bachelor of Engineering in mechanical and materials engineering from Loughborough University. He is a certified Master Black Belt, Lean Leader, Kaizen Practitioner, and Change Acceleration Process trainer.
