Mike has more than 20 years of experience leading financial and operational turnarounds in various high-impact situations. He specializes in working with companies and their creditors to improve performance, reduce costs, optimize cash flow, and maximize enterprise value. In addition to his advisory work, Mike has served in various senior interim management roles such as chief financial officer (CFO), treasurer, financial planning and analysis, and chief administrative officer. His work has spanned multiple geographies, especially across Asia and the USA, and he has broad industry experience. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was a senior vice president at a Big Four firm specializing in turnarounds and restructurings. Mike has a finance degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
