Matt has over a decade of consulting and industry experience leading high-impact strategy and operations transformations for companies across industries. His areas of expertise include post merger integration, carve-out/spin-off execution, operational due diligence, operating model development, organizational design, SG&A cost reduction, and process optimization for service operations.
Prior to joining AlixPartners Matt worked for KPMG’s Deal Advisory Practice. He has also held positions in product development and business development in the investment management industry. Matt has an MBA from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business.
