Matt has experience leading high-impact strategy and operations transformation initiatives for clients across industries. His advisory experience includes postmerger integration, carve-out/spin-off execution, M&A operational due diligence, stand-alone cost analysis, synergy assessment, organizational change management, communications strategy, cost reduction, and project management.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Matt was a member of KPMG’s M&A integration/separation team, where he advised Fortune 500 clients on operational strategy and planning for M&A transactions. He has also held positions in product development and business development in the investment management industry. Matt has an MBA from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business.
