She has more than a decade of experience in restaurants, foodservice, food manufacturing, food retail, distribution, and technology and has directed international engagements on multiple continents. Having begun her career in quantitative analytics and web development, Molly brings to her clients strong expertise in complex data analytics. In addition, she leads an internal team focused on proprietary consumer research and foodservice industry trends and has been profiled in numerous publications and news outlets, including CNBC, National Public Radio, "USA Today," "Nation’s Restaurant News," and "Restaurant Finance Monitor." Molly has a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics and studio art from Northwestern University.
