SUMMARY
Michael has more than 11 years of experience in executing transformation programs across the value chain—from strategy design to implementation. His main industry focus is on the automotive, industrial products, chemicals, and life sciences sectors. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was at Boston Consulting Group and Accenture, where he developed operations and supply chain strategies and supported performance-improvement, lean-transformation, supply-chain-efficiency, working-capital-optimization, and post merger-integration projects.
Michael has a master’s degree in industrial engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
