Michael guides large companies through the complexities of cross-border financial and operational transformation as well as post-merger integration.

He has more than two decades of professional experience as a business and financial advisor and an interim manager. Michael has a particular focus on acting as interim CFO for multinational corporates. He was previously with Deutsche Bank as a relationship manager in the corporate and investment banking and workout department. He also has experience in stakeholder management and has accomplished many refinancings.

Michael holds an MBA (Diplom-Kaufmann) from the School of Business Economics at Otto Friedrich University in Bamberg, Germany.

  • Led the transformation of an international shipping group and international industrial goods producer; designed and subsequently implemented necessary changes in the group
