With over 15 years of industry experience, Michael excels at leading complex operations improvement, cost reduction, and digital transformation programs. He brings a broad range of skills in strategic and operational problem solving, with particular depth in capital productivity, including capex strategy, portfolio and project optimization, and capital process improvement.
Previously, he was a leader in McKinsey’s utilities and operations practices, and has led many large-scale initiatives for utility, transportation, aerospace and defense, technology, and federal and state public-sector clients including rapid EBITDA improvement (SG&A cost reduction and procurement), service operations, field execution, digital transformation, automation, product development, supply chain, and capital spend optimization.
Michael has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business. He speaks English and Mandarin.
