Matt has more than 10 years’ experience in partnering with clients to develop strategies that deliver superior financial and capital market performance. He has advised clients on corporate strategy, business unit strategy, commercial model transformations, and M&A. Matt’s has advised a wide range of clients, including Fortune 100 corporations, middle-market public companies, and private-equity clients and their portfolio companies. He has significant international experience and has led engagements in more than 15 countries, including China, Japan, India, Brazil, and the UK.
Matt has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign’s Gies College of Business.
