Nicolas Beaugrand is a Partner and Managing Director at AlixPartners. He co-leads the Aerospace and Defense activities at the EMEA level and the activities for Private Equity funds for France.
With over 25 years of experience in industry and consulting, he specializes in turnaround and operational performance improvement, as well as value creation through mergers and acquisitions.
Nicolas has led many global projects across Europe, North America, and Asia for major players in various fields and across sectors, both in aerospace and defense, and more broadly in numerous sectors of industry and services.
Nicolas has developed and leads the ESG activities in Paris, integrating CSR and sustainability dimensions into the missions carried out for AlixPartners' clients, to promote responsible and sustainable growth.
He holds an Executive MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and graduated from the École Polytechnique and the École des Mines de Paris.
