With over 25 years of experience in advising clients in times that really matter, most of Neil’s work has been in the financial services sector—at public and private institutions around the globe but especially in Europe and the Middle East. Neil’s clients especially benefit from his expertise in supporting the specific needs of chief risk and chief finance officers in their management of large-scale change in pursuit of revenue growth, cost reduction, more-efficient use of capital, and, ultimately, higher returns. He was previously head of Oliver Wyman’s financial services practice in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
