SUMMARY
Peter has more than 30 years of international experience across a wide range of industries such as automotive, financial services, manufacturing, retail, and telecom. He has provided advisory services for some of the largest global turnarounds. Peter previously advised the treasurer of a global financial institution during the financial crisis. Peter’s expertise includes international corporate finance, restructurings, interim management, acquisitions, and divestitures. He was previously cohead of AlixPartners’ North American Turnaround Group and cofounded the AlixPartners European business, growing the European team from scratch to a Pan-European business with five offices and 125 employees within four years. He has served as a board member and principal investor specializing in transforming midsize businesses in the private-equity space.
Peter has an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
