What gets me up in the morning? It's working with retailers and brands to change their trajectory if they're in a difficult spot. Or, accelerate their upside if they're doing well.  Success in retail is fleeting so each season, each investment, and each big decision matters. The best executives I've worked with have high standards, are relentless about getting ahead and bring an energy that their teams and customers can feel. Working for a firm and retail practice that does the same for our clients is what motivates me.
