Pete leads complex strategy and operations programs for apparel, specialty, mass-merchant, chain drugstore, department store, and discount retailers. His extensive retail experience covers a range of competency areas, including stores, field operations, merchandise planning and allocation, cost reduction, new-capability evaluation, portfolio evaluation, and performance improvement. Pete has a record of leading client teams to exceptional operational and financial results that positively affect margin and expenses. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he had multiple positions in Accenture's retail strategy practice.
Pete has an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business (now Booth School of Business).
