Philipp uses reorganization, process optimization, and cost reduction to help clients to establish sustainable, agile business and operating models. He has several years of experience in managing transformation and restructuring programs including business / scenario planning, implementation, and change management. His particular focus lies in the manufacturing and process industries. Prior to AlixPartners, Philipp was a manager and member of the CFO consulting practice at KPMG. He holds a Master of Science in finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management (Germany) where he regularly holds lectures in strategic restructuring, finance transformation, and business consulting.
