Philipp Meske is a Partner & Managing Director at AlixPartners, bringing over 15 years of experience in corporate transformation, and sustainable performance improvement, with a particular focus on global, technology-driven businesses.
He specializes in designing and executing large-scale, international transformation and operational efficiency programs. His expertise spans sustainable bottom-line and margin improvement, strategic and operational realignment, organizational and operating model optimization, as well as the execution of complex restructuring and integration programs.
Philipp has extensive cross-industry experience, particularly in Healthcare & Life Sciences, software, industrial automation, and other high-tech industries. He combines strong financial acumen with hands-on implementation expertise and a proven track record in stakeholder engagement and crisis management.
In addition, Philipp leads AlixPartners' Healthcare & Life Sciences practice across EMEA. In this role, he supports multinational corporations and private equity investors in driving transformation, operational performance, and sustainable value creation, particularly across pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, medical technology, and healthcare services.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Philipp worked in CFO advisory at an international consulting firm and gained industry experience at leading global technology companies.
