Philipp has more than 13 years of experience in advising clients in complex transformation and restructuring situations with a clear focus on driving rapid implementation and bottom-line improvement. He has designed and successfully led the implementation of large-scale transformation and cost reduction programs for medium-sized companies as well as large corporates in numerous industries, achieving or exceeding the targeted results. His assignments often include cross-border work (e.g., Europe, Asia and Africa). He focuses on operational performance improvement, reorganization, and structural cost reduction to help clients to establish scalable and efficient business models. Previously, Philipp was a manager and member of the CFO consulting practice at KPMG and gained industry experience at IBM and Siemens. He holds a Master of Science in Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management where he regularly holds lectures on strategic restructuring, transformation, and business consulting.
