Ryan has over ten years of experience focused on valuation, financial, and litigation consulting. Over his career, Ryan has valued companies and assets for solvency analyses, liquidation analyses, bankruptcies, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, accounting purposes, litigations, investigations, and disputes
In addition to preparing valuations, Ryan has performed accounting investigations, prepared a variety of damage analyses, prepared liquidation analyses, investigated alter-ego claims, analyzed fraudulent conveyance and preference actions, and reviewed other economic or financial issues.
Ryan has experience in a wide range of industries including retail, consumer products, software, utilities, oil and gas, aerospace, financial services, food and beverage, healthcare, biotechnology, insurance, and pharmaceuticals.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Ryan was an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ryan received Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Accountancy degrees from the Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa. Ryan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and accredited in business valuation (ABV).
