Robert supports clients in critical financial and operational restructuring and reorganization situations, as well as performance improvement initiatives. He has nearly a decade of consulting and investment banking experience in a variety of jurisdictions and industries. His key areas of expertise include business planning, liquidity forecasting, cash management, cost reduction, corporate transformation, carve-outs, financial modeling and valuations. Prior to joining AlixPartners in 2010, Robert worked with Houlihan Lokey, focusing on complex financial restructuring and international M&A transactions. He holds a degree as Diplom-Kaufmann (equivalent to Master of Science in business) from the Technische Universität Munich, is fluent in German and English and has basic knowledge of French.
