Scott has more than 20 years of restructuring experience serving in advisory and interim management roles. He has worked on both the creditor and debtor sides of distressed-company situations in a wide range of industries, including retail, manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, transportation, automotive, mortgage services, municipal government, construction, and professional services. He has significant experience and expertise in the areas of contingency planning, cash management, asset sales, negotiations, claims management, and bankruptcy reporting.
Scott has an MBA in finance from Fairfield University and a BBA in International Business from the Sellinger School of Business at Loyola University Maryland. He is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor and a member of the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors.
