Said has over 10 years of professional experience in consulting and oil & gas. At AlixPartners, he has worked on projects across several sectors, including industrials, construction, real estate, consumer goods, and hospitality and leisure, focusing on Value Creation and Transformation (operations, revenue and growth, procurement, and organization) as well business planning, and cash management. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was a commissioning engineer on a gas plant project in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Scotland's Shetland Islands for an engineering, procurement, and construction company. Said has a bachelor's degree with high distinction in Mechanical Engineering from Lebanese American University and has successfully completed graduate-level courses in the areas of finance, mathematics, and physics. He is fluent in Arabic and English and competent in French.
