He brings more than 20 years experience in supporting private equity and corporates in driving buy-side and sell-side acquisition and divestment engagements focusing on complex operating model transformations and post deal value creation with expertise in all stages of the deal lifecycle and cross-sector experience, with a particular focus on the technology, industrial and consumer goods sectors.
