Sven specializes in pragmatic client value creation from strategy to implementation for clients in the industrial, chemical, consumer goods and healthcare industry. With more than 12 years of consulting experience, he has particular expertise in the supply chain and operations space: in sourcing and procurement, manufacturing, planning, and distribution - often in the context of mergers, acquisitions & divestitures.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was a manager at Accenture Strategy, working at the intersection of business and technology for clients in Europe, North America, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East.
Sven holds a degree in business engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in Germany, an MBA from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) in Switzerland and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Business Administration at Warwick Business School (WBS) in the UK.
