Trevor focuses on improving the performance and profitability of restaurant, hospitality, and leisure companies. For the past 25 years, Trevor has worked across 20 countries in a variety of roles in the areas of field operations and consulting and has been an entrepreneur. He specializes in field operations, top-line growth, cost reduction, and the development of operating models. Trevor's career highlights include serving in field operations at Starbucks Corp. by opening and running top-performing stores and as a consultant conducting an operational due diligence of a leading restaurant chain in China that subsequently was bought and increased in size by five times.
Trevor has an MBA with honors from the United Kingdom's University of Manchester.
