Tim specializes in large-scale digital transformation, digital innovation, data analytics, and IT program turnaround. He has over 15 years of experience in financial services and 5 years in telcos, having led a variety of digital transformation programs and several high-performance digital innovation teams by using agile methods that build solutions and capabilities for meeting critical business challenges such as cost reduction, quality of service, and speed of process. He recently acted as interim head of redress strategy and business design for a leading retail bank, overseeing risk, compliance, technology, and the legal aspects of remediations and rectifications. Previously, he founded and ran a consultancy specializing in IT program turnaround. The firm rescued a variety of critical digital transformation projects by helping them deliver promised benefits, meet agreed-to budgets, and achieve completions within expected timelines. Tim has a Bachelor of Commerce in accounting and finance from the University of Birmingham and is MSP, PRINCE2, TOGAF, ITIL, and Lean Six Sigma qualified.
