SUMMARY
Ted has more than 15 years of experience in advising boards of directors, executives, attorneys, and regulators on complex, high-impact accounting, transactional, and dispute-related matters. He has supported both public and privately owned clients within numerous United States–based and international forums to resolve transactional, operational, dispute, and regulatory issues. Ted also has been retained as an expert in postclosing arbitrations, and he routinely supports clients in their resolutions of postclosing transactional disputes, including as an independent accountant. He has extensive experience as a business advisor, litigation consultant, and forensic accountant. Previously, he was in the financial advisory services practice of Deloitte.
Ted has a Master in Professional Accounting in managerial and financial accounting from the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business. He is a certified public accountant licensed in Texas (AlixPartners is not a certified public accounting firm), is Certified in Financial Forensics by the American Institute of CPAs, and is a Certified Fraud Examiner.
