With more than 15 years of professional experience, Varun brings deep expertise in the areas of operational improvement, strategy development, and cost optimization; he also has industry credentials spanning the technology, retail, media, and telecom industries and has worked extensively with private-equity firms across all stages of the investment cycle.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was with energy-focused investment bank LBC Capital and the Dodsal Group, a multi-industry conglomerate based in Dubai. Varun has an MBA from the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School and an undergraduate degree from McGill University
