Dick has 20 years of manufacturing and supply chain management experience in both industry and consulting. Dick’s strength areas are end-to-end operations transformation and cost improvement in the areas of lean manufacturing, asset utilization (overall equipment effectiveness), labor productivity, quality improvement, demand–and-supply planning (S&OP), inventory management, and warehouse/logistics optimization. Previously, he was with McKinsey & Company as operations expert. Dick has worked with clients in various industries, such as automotive, assembly, and electronics, with Greater China as his focus. He has also served in senior operations management roles in top-tier multinational corporations in Asia, such as General Electric, Ingersoll Rand, and Kingfisher Sourcing Asia. Dick has an MBA from MIT Sloan’s international program. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
