SUMMARY
Yusuke’s career has spanned more than 20 years, gaining Yusuke extensive experience in assisting large companies in Japan, the United States, and Asia to resolve their complex challenges such as integration, divestiture, carve-out, and postdeal restructuring. Yusuke's industry experience spans multiple sectors, including private-equity (PE) funds, technology, real estate, hospitality, and retail and consumer. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he held a prominent role at PwC Consulting, where he led the M&A consulting practice in Japan. He carried out numerous restructuring and cost reduction initiatives for global PE clients and facilitated cross-border integration and carve-out projects for corporate clients in Japan and other Asian countries. Yusuke has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Tsukuba and has contributed to numerous seminars and publications on postmerger integration.愛場 悠介

アリックス・パートナーズ入社以前は、PwCコンサルティングにて100名規模のM&Aコンサルティングチームのリーダーを務めていました。そこでは、グローバルPEファンドの投資先におけるリストラクチャリングや業績改善、また、日本やアジア企業によるクロスボーダーPMI・経営統合やカーブアウト案件を数多く率いました。過去にはニューヨーク事務所のM&A専門チームに3年に渡り所属し、オペレーション/ITデューディリジェンスから買収後のシナジー実現まで、M&Aサイクル全般に渡る支援を多数経験しています。
筑波大学社会学類卒業（経済学専攻）。クロスボーダーM&Aや経営統合に関するセミナーへの登壇、経済紙への寄稿等多数。
