Zach Bastin helps clients achieve operational excellence. He has over a decade of experience focused on operations within the Automotive and Life Sciences industries. His functional areas of expertise includes manufacturing turnarounds, manufacturing strategy and project management.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Zach was a Senior Project Engineer at Medtronic (Formerly Covidien) where he scoped and executed strategic operations projects to define the companies overall manufacturing strategy. He holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
