Ray has served as a consultant on client engagements by assisting companies with all aspects of bankruptcy, including contingency planning, 13-week-cash-flow forecasting, compilation of financial information for schedules and statements of financial affairs (SOFAs/Schedules), monthly operating reports (MORs), executory contract assumption and rejections, claims resolution, fraudulent conveyance, and trust avoidance valuation. Ray has also served as project manager and, in a financial advisory capacity, interim accounting manager. He has extensive experience as a financial executive, having served as international finance director, assistant corporate controller, and controller of small- to middle-market companies in various industries.
Ray has a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of North Texas.
