His expertise spans all facets of M&A, with a focus on integration planning, post-merger integration, and value creation. He also specializes in strategic sourcing, SG&A, organizational and operating model design, supply chain resilience, and portfolio optimization. Brody's insights empower organizations to navigate complex challenges and achieve significant results.

Previously, he worked at Deloitte Corporate Finance, where he provided strategic advisory services for acquisitions, sales, divestitures, and capital raises, serving large corporates, middle-market firms, and private equity clients in consumer products, mining, and technology.

Brody holds an MBA in strategy, marketing, and operations from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a degree in finance with a focus on financial markets from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business, where he was also a member of the men's lacrosse team.
