Paolo has almost 30 years of experience in strategic and operational improvement work with national and international clients in the aviation, aerospace and defense, oil & gas, automotive, industrial goods, and transportation sectors.
Paolo's main area of expertise is in complex operational turnarounds and step-change performance improvements. Through the years, he has also advised industrial clients on business strategy, growth plans, valuations, mergers and acquisitions, and post-merger integrations.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was senior partner at Bain & Company, where he led the Europe/Middle East/Africa (EMEA) aerospace and defense and EMEA cost-integrated-programs practices. Paolo has a degree in management engineering from Politecnico di Milano. He speaks fluent Italian, English, and French.
