He has over a decade of experience in advising organizations on business strategy and market entry strategy development, EBITDA improvement, organization integration, and organizational transformation. He has worked with organizations in manufacturing, consumers products, technology, services, and higher education. Yi holds several degrees, including an MBA from Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, and double master's degrees in human resources and labor relations and in engineering for materials science from Michigan State University.
