Paula has 30+ years of experience in advising global enterprises on large-scale transformations.

Her background spans a broad range of software and technology areas, including product development, operations, IT effectiveness and cost optimization, product strategy, acquisitions, and divestitures. Her experience spans a variety of industries, including Manufacturing, Technology, Media, Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods.

Previously, she was engaged in both industry and consulting: as a partner at another top-tier consulting firm—focusing on software development, program management, and IT strategy—and at Ford Motor Company, where she held a variety of roles, including as functional CIO, Director of Marketing, Sales & Service Technology, Global IT Audit Director, and Enterprise Program Officer. Paula has an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
