Over the last 20 years, he has helped design and implement several successful corporate transformations, including those at Caterpillar, Coca-Cola, Gillette, Clorox, McCormick, BB&T, Alcan and Abbott Laboratories. Scott has been featured by Bloomberg and Fox Business and co-authored Beliefs, Behaviors & Results: The Chief Executive’s Guide to Delivering Superior Shareholder. Prior to consulting, Scott was a founding member of a publicly traded U.S. oil and gas company and worked as an exploration geophysicist.
