Thomas has 10 years of restructuring experience, with a specific focus on holistic turnaround and finance-related topics in special situations. This includes CFO priorities like financial restructuring, carve-out, M&A, cash flow management as well as project and stakeholder management. Thomas guides companies in large transformation projects, complex turnarounds, and special situations by providing readily implementable strategic and financial advice for private and public clients across various industries. As a former director in UniCredit’s restructuring practice, he has specific expertise in complex medium-size and large-scale turnarounds of family-owned and public corporations, as well as in distressed M&A and private equity.
Thomas studied Business Administration and was awarded for his Master in Laws in Mergers & Acquisitions from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
