Massimo brings more than 10 years of experience in operational turnaround and financial restructuring, helping clients implement change and restoring profitability, as well as driving end-to-end transformations, in both distressed and going concern scenarios.
In his cross-industries experience, he managed – supporting company management or acting with interim/shadow roles (CFO team, CRO team, GM team) – working capital optimization, general and administrative (G&A) and central cost reduction, cash monitoring and management, performance improvement, HR reduction plan.
Accomplished in transactional finance programs thanks also to his financial background as an investment banking professional. He also served international clients in EBITDA improvement and post-merger integration engagements.
He holds a master's degree in Economics and Finance from Padua University; he was a visiting student at Essex University (UK) and Boston University (USA, MA).
He is an Italian native speaker and he is fluent in English.
