Her expertise spans across multiple industries (including chemicals, telecom, metals & mining, oil & gas) and geographies (North America, Central & Eastern Europe, the Caribbean, South America).

Key Engagements:

  • Advised Digicel, the leading telecom company in the Caribbean, Central America and Asia Pacific in connection with a cross-border restructuring of approximately $3.8bn of indebtedness through Bermuda scheme of arrangement.
  • Managed liquidity and assessed funding needs of ConvergeOne, a global technology solution provider, in restructuring of its $1.6bn debt through Chapter 11 Bankruptcy filing.
  • Assisted GOL, a major airline in Latin America, in preparing a business plan ahead of the Chapter 11 Bankruptcy filing.
  • Managed cost-optimization project for Avaya, a global leader in solutions to enhance and simplify communications and collaboration.
  • Assisted HighPoint Resources, an oil & gas company, with sell-side M&A and restructuring of $625m notes through Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.
  • Facilitated a carve-out and sale of a $4bn revenue chemical company.
  • Managed claims reconciliation and settlement process for PG&E, a major utility company.

Prior to AlixPartners, she worked at UniCredit, syndicating $100m - $1bn loans, including pre-export financing, project financing and revolver facilities.
