He advises across the full deal lifecycle, from strategic evaluation and due diligence, to closing and beyond, ensuring early deal theses are realized in tangible financial results.

In his capacity as an advisor to PE, Bradley possesses expertise across various sectors; however, he is enthusiastic for consumer-driven businesses, including retail, consumer goods, travel, hospitality, and leisure.

Key Engagements

  • Led the synergy assessment and delivery for a grocery retailer and wholesaler, achieving over £50 million in benefits through price harmonization, scale advantages, product range optimization, and working capital improvements.
  • Performed operational due diligence for a private equity firm on a $1bn medical device manufacturer, formulating a value creation plan that encompassed production, sourcing, and head office operations, as well as evaluating the implications of a carve-out.
  • Directed the Integration Management Office (IMO) for a £1bn merger, backed by private equity, between two flexible office space providers. This included creating an integration blueprint, identifying and realizing synergies, and serving as an advisor to the C-suite and PE owners.
  • Served as the lead operational advisor to the management team and trading administrators of a prominent high street fashion retail group, overseeing the successful sale of brands through three simultaneous transactions, which generated over £300 million for creditors and ensured business continuity through transitional service arrangements.
