Carly’s experience includes a wide variety of financial, accounting, valuation, litigation, and bankruptcy engagements, including damages and lost profits analysis, forensic accounting, business valuation, investigation of fraud and accounting irregularities, M&A dispute resolution, analysis of corporate transactions and relationships, solvency analysis, analysis of alleged fraudulent transfers, corporate investigations, and other financial analysis across many industries.
Carly has provided or supported expert testimony related to valuation, damages, and forensic accounting in a variety of venues, including matters in U.S. federal and state courts, bankruptcy court, and American Arbitration Association and JAMS arbitrations.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Carly worked in both the forensics and external audit practices at PwC.
Carly holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accounting from the University of Southern California, and she is a Certified Public Accountant.
