Carly analyzes complex financial, economic, business, and accounting information to help clients and their advisors address legal, regulatory, and other challenges.

Carly’s experience includes a wide variety of financial, accounting, valuation, and litigation engagements, including damages and lost profits analysis, solvency analysis, forensic accounting, M&A dispute resolution, analysis of corporate transactions and relationships, business valuation, analysis of alleged fraudulent transfers, corporate investigations, and other related financial analysis. Carly’s experience spans a wide variety of industries, including (but not limited to) consumer and capital goods, real estate, wealth advisory, agriculture, aviation, entertainment, power and utilities, renewable energy, and mining.

Prior to joining AlixPartners, Carly worked in both the forensics and external audit practices at PwC.

Carly holds a Master of Accounting from the University of Southern California, and she is a certified public accountant.
